Parking & Arrival (Oceanside Main Center)

The Oceanside Professional Center is located at 1847 Oceanside Boulevard between Interstate 5 and El Camino Real. From I-5, take the Oceanside Boulevard exit and head east approximately 0.4 miles. The building is on the south side of the boulevard, set back from the street behind a row of mature palm trees. Turn into the driveway marked "Professional Center" and continue around to the rear parking lot. Free, unrestricted parking is available on a first-come basis. The main entrance faces the rear lot. Take the elevator to the third floor and proceed to Suite 305 at the end of the hallway. A receptionist is available during all office hours. For after-hours tutoring sessions, use the side entrance (code provided to enrolled learners).

Public Transportation

Our Oceanside main center is accessible via North County Transit District (NCTD) bus service. Breeze Route 303 (Oceanside Transit Center to Vista Transit Center) stops at Oceanside Boulevard and Neptune Way, a two-minute walk from our building entrance. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes during weekday hours. The Oceanside Transit Center, served by Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, COASTER commuter rail, and Sprinter light rail, is located 1.2 miles west and is connected to our location by Route 303. NCTD FLEX on-demand shuttle service is also available within the Oceanside zone for door-to-door paratransit. Learners who face transportation barriers may be eligible for NCTD bus pass assistance through our partnership with the United Way of San Diego County; ask your program coordinator for details.
